Bathing Essences
Spiritual bathing has, and still continues to be, practiced many different religions and cultures around the world, from the ancient Egyptians, Mayans, Celts, Chinese and recorded in the ancient Vedic texts as early as 1500BC.
These offerings have been transmitted and created with the intention to help bring the healing, and balancing essences of sacred waters to you in an accessible way, in your own home. Each essence has been solar infused by myself, and the flowers have been collected in the traditional way, and created at a particular moon phase with specific prayers that are traditional and resonate with the essence.
Each of these essences were spiritually led through intuition and dreamscape for me to share with you, to help bring balance and connection to the feminine.
The ritual of bathing helps us to create space, to wind down and connect with ourselves and the elements around us, particularly water.
If you don't have a bath, you could fill a basin with water, as the Mayans do, and use it to wash down or pour over the body instead.
