The Mayan Essence

The Mayan mix Bath Essence came to being during the Leo new moon. I had been journeying with cacao for a few years, and just before the Leo new moon, while sipping ceremoniously on this wonderful medicine, I finished my cup and noticed the patterns of cacao at the bottom of the cup. The patterns, in my interpretation, were of ancient women with headdresses and the shape of an eagle flying overhead. I took this as my calling to open up to learning more about the medicine of this plant and how to become a facilitator. On researching the history of the Mayan people and their ceremonies, I discovered they conducted spiritual bathing practices, using flowers, designed to treat the diseases of the soul. They used the sun method, just as Dr Bach did to infused the codes of the flowers and herbs into the water.

I felt called to share this ancient practice and make a Bath Essence to capture this vibrational healing essence of these sacred plants, still used today. 

In the full sun of the Leo new moon, I collected the the auspicious number of flowers and herbs, following tradition with prayers, and left in the sun. After making the mother tincture, I bathed in the golden elixir left over from the essence and had the most wonderful dream of her healing waters.
