Healing Heart

Healing Heart aura spray was created a few years ago, while I was working with rose medicine and reading ‘The Hidden Messages of Water’ by Dr Emoto. I was inspired by the crystalline structures created in water, by words written onto the bottle, during a time when I needed to raise my vibration and create better boundaries, working in mental health.

She began as a tiny spray bottle that I would keep in my purse and spray into my space between sessions with clients. I even gifted some to my mama when she was in hospital with a heart condition (as we were not allowed to bring flowers to the ward).

I began using Healing Heart during heart opening practices (heart coherence) reiki practices, circle ceremonies and while journeying with the heart opening medicine of cacao. She helped to open my heart to receive the transmissions being shared, which brought me healing.

A few years on, after I qualified as a Bach Flower Practitioner, I had been journeying with essences for a while and Healing Heart had slowly began to evolve. I had learnt more about the energetic healing power of flower essences and added Bach’s Wild Rose to the mix, and gave her the name ‘Healing Heart’. Wild Rose helps to reignite passion in your life, and over come the feeling of being resigned to just accepting of what is not working in your life. The image above shows her evolution.

She’s hand blended, with 100% natural ingredients, gem infused with essences and sacred Ganga water. Healing Heart has been, and continues to be, such a wonderful companion to me and I hope you love her as much as I do.
